Holistic Online Psychotherapy Services
We were skeptical about online therapy until we tried it ourselves. To our surprise, we loved the ease of having sessions wherever we were without any rushing around to another office. We were able to work with a therapist that was truly a good fit instead of being limited to who had openings the my local area.
We meet with clients through secure and confidential HIPAA compliant video conferencing. Before our first session, we ask clients to complete a lengthy intake form that captures their health issues from birth to the present. This helps us get a full picture so we can start to connect the dots between events and health issues over time. Our first session is spent going over this history.
Once we review the history, we often look at recent labwork and invite clients to gather information about their food intake, thoughts, feelings, and symptoms. We work as detectives to sleuth out what their symptoms are telling us about what their body needs. Every person is completely unique. There is no one-size fits all approach for any symptom.
We work with clients to clarify their goals and remove the barriers that can get in the way of reaching them.
We usually ask clients to commit to a minimum of 8 sessions so we have time to track changes and make some progress. You can pay for each session as you go or pay for a package all at once if you find that helpful.
