Jen has been supporting people’s healing for 25 years and will create a non-judgemental space for you to explore what you want and want you need to feel balanced, empowered, and able to show up the way you want for yourself, your challenges, your responsibilities, your relationships, and your goals and dreams.
Sam brings compassion and evidence-based approaches to each session. As a trauma-informed therapist, she helps you deal with anxiety, sadness, and issues with your self-image in a gentle and clear way. Sam enjoys supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ clients. One session at a time, she will support you in taking modest steps that can lead to meaningful changes.
