Trauma Recovery
I work with clients to integrate traumatic experiences, calm their nervous systems, and find balance. Trauma affects thinking, emotions, physical health, relationships, and behavior. Together, we can explore how traumatic experiences may be getting in your way and move you forward toward healing.
When supporting clients working through trauma, I draw upon mindfulness techniques as well as narrative therapy and cognitive behavioral approaches. My approach is tailored to the client’s unique needs, style, and strengths.
